We're looking for the very best people to come and work in our fabulous children's play centre, as food and beverage assistants. You will work in our cafe, serving our lovely customers, and providing service with a smile. We'd like you to have experience in a similar role please.

Key Responsibilities:

 

➢ To prepare and deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
➢ To be aware of and adhere to Food and Hygiene policy requirements in accordance to current legislation

➢ To be able to confidently and accurately operate the till and cash handling systems.

➢ To be able to carry out cashing up procedures

➢ To give support and guidance to our customers, where necessary

➢ To ensure that food and beverages are served in the correct vessel and in the correct portion size

➢ To ensure that crockery, cutlery and glassware are well presented 

➢ To ensure that the bar, kitchen and area are immaculate at all times

➢ To clear and wipe table surfaces and clean floor immediately after a table is vacated.

➢ To ensure that staff food and beverages are charged at the correct price

➢ To communicate stock levels to management

➢ To fulfil required maintenance of equipment 

➢ To maintain security procedures on site at all times

➢ To attend staff meetings as required

➢ To attend staff training as required

➢ To be fully aware of and adhere to all health and safety policy requirements.

➢ To accurately take and pass on messages to staff

We're looking for full time team members who can work 40 hours a week over 5 days in a 7 day period. There will be some weekend work.
