How many people can attend a private hire event?

That's the beauty of private hire - the venue can accommodate large groups! We can comfortably host up to 300 people, making it perfect for school events, corporate family days, or community celebrations.

What catering options are available?

We offer our normal party menu including add-ons like platters. But you can also arrange your own outside catering.

Can we bring our own decorations or entertainment?

Absolutely! Private hire clients can personalize the space with appropriate decorations and even bring in additional entertainment like face painters, magicians, or musicians (subject to safety approval).

How far in advance should we book?

For private venue hire, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months ahead, especially for weekend dates or holiday periods. Popular dates like December weekends often book up to 6 months in advance!

Is there a minimum booking duration?

Private hire sessions start from a minimum of 2 hours, with options to extend based on your needs and our availability.
