4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings made via gambado.com are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment is required at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Once a booking is complete, you’ll receive confirmation by email. This acts as your proof of purchase.
Please check your booking details carefully before completing payment. Mistakes cannot always be corrected afterwards.

13. Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days.

Day tickets are non refundable and bookings online for day tickets only may be rescheduled if requested up to 24hours in advance, but not refunded.

Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the party date for £40 admin fee, parties are non refundable.

In the case of serious and unavoidable circumstances such as bereavement, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to cs@gambado.com for Chelsea bookings and fh@gambado.com for Forest Hill bookings.
