Membership Policies

Welcome to the Gambado family! Our memberships are designed to give you amazing value and flexibility for unlimited fun at your favourite soft play centre. Please read through these simple terms so you know exactly what's included with your membership and how everything works.

1. Who Can Use Your Membership?

  • Each membership is valid for 1 child only
  • You can take out additional memberships for siblings and other children.
  • Memberships cannot be transferred to someone else or refunded
  • 2. How Your Membership Works

  • Your home centre must be the Gambado location you visit most often
  • Monthly Membership: A rolling 30 day membership. You can cancel at anytime after 30 days. This does not include an adult supervisor.
  • Annual Pass: Valid for 1 full year (365 days). This does not include an adult supervisor.
  • 3. Booking and Entry

  • Book your visits online up to 14 days in advance to guarantee your spot
  • Entrance isn't guaranteed without a booking when we're busy - it's first come, first served
  • We recommend arriving early, especially on weekends
  • If you bring a guest, the entry process will take longer
  • 4. Bookings & Payments

    • All bookings made via gambado.com are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • Full payment for adult supervisors are required at checkout unless stated otherwise.
    • Once a booking is complete, you’ll receive confirmation by email. This acts as your proof of purchase.
    • Please check your booking details carefully before completing payment. Mistakes cannot always be corrected afterwards.

    5. Payment terms

  • There's an upfront payment when you first join
  • Direct Debit can be cancelled at anytime after the first 30 days.
  • You can cancel your membership by emailing us at cs@gambado.com
  • If your Direct Debit payment fails, we may cancel your membership
  • 6. IMPORTant restrictions

  • Memberships aren't valid during special events - you'll need to buy separate tickets
  • You can't use your membership with other offers or discounts
  • Opening times may change throughout the year without extending your membership
  • We may close parts of the venue without notice or compensation
  • 7. Behaviour and Rules

  • All members must follow our Rules of Play
  • We don't tolerate unacceptable behaviour and reserve the right to refuse entry
  • Anyone abusing the membership system will have their membership cancelled immediately with no refund
  • We may remove memberships at any time if needed
  • 8. Communication and Changes

    • You must provide a valid email address and tell us if it changes
    • We may change, add, or remove membership benefits during your membership term
    • We aim to provide excellent service to all our members

    9. General Terms

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • By signing up, you agree to follow all our rules and policies
  • These terms may be updated from time to time
