Do we really get the entire venue to ourselves?
YES! Unlike our standard laser tag parties, the VIP package gives you complete exclusive use of the entire Gambado venue - that's the whole soft play area, dodgem track, and all facilities for your private event!
How is the laser tag different from regular laser parties?
Instead of being confined to just the laser arena, VIP parties transform the ENTIRE venue into a massive laser tag battlefield! Players can hide in the play frame, dash between zones, and use the whole centre as their gaming environment!
How many children can we invite?
VIP Laser Tag Parties accommodate up to 22 children. If you want to bring a bigger group, please email cs@gambado.com.
When are VIP parties available?
VIP parties are available Monday through Friday during term-time and school holidays, with specially allocated slots that ensure your exclusive experience.
What does the VIP Party Host Team do?
Your dedicated VIP host team manages everything! They orchestrate the laser tag missions, serve food and drinks, lead celebrations, and ensure your every need is catered to throughout the event.
Is the party suitable for mixed age groups?
Absolutely! The expanded gameplay area means younger children can enjoy easier missions while older kids can tackle more strategic challenges - all within the same immersive environment.
How far in advance should we book?
As our most exclusive offering, we recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks ahead, especially for school holiday periods when these limited slots fill quickly!
