Gambado Chelsea – charity of choice
 

We are proud to support our local children’s hospital. We have partnered with Chelsea Children’s Hospital Charity to help them raise £5,000 to buy new state of the art equipment for the hospital. Chelsea Children’s Hospital Charity is our charity of choice because we think the compassion, dedication and warmth they provide is amazing.

 

Who are Chelsea Children’s Hospital Charity?

 

Chelsea Children’s Hospital Charity (formerly The Children’s Hospital Trust Fund) was set up 30 years ago by a team of paediatric doctors. They are based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. They are a separate entity to Chelsea and Westminster but work closely with the children’s medical teams to support their invaluable work. Their work focuses on buying urgently-needed medical and surgical equipment and to provide new services to make their wonderful hospital even better.

 

Chelsea Children’s Hospital Charity projects

 

Chelsea Children’s Hospital Charity have had numerous large appeals in the past and they’ve raised over £2million to fund substantial projects in the neo-natal and paediatric wards at Chelsea Children’s Hospital. Their current fundraising focuses on two state of the art pieces of equipment;

 

GULP, a digital swallowing workstation for which they need to raise £65,000.
