What can I do via Manage my booking?
- View your party booking information; including outstanding balance and payment due dates.
- Make final payment; party payments must be finalised 5 clear days prior to your event.
- Amend your party; including updating party guest attendance and children's menu choice.
- Add and remove extras; including party themes, party bags, balloons, adult catering and beverages.
- Reset your username and password.
What do I need to log into Manage my booking?
To be able to log into Manage my booking you will need some information, which can be found on your booking confirmation:
- Username (e.g. email address)
- Password (e.g. personal to your booking)
Is there anything I cannot do via Manage my booking?
At present, you are unable to make the following amendments online.
- Change your party package selection example: change from Tiger Party to Make a Bear.
- Amend your date or time.
- Apply a discount code or special offer.
- Make it a day to remember and choose from one of our look-a-like characters. These are bookable through our Central Booking Team ONLY.
- Please note cut off for online payments is 5 clear days prior to the party date.
If you would like to make a party booking amendment, please contact our Central Booking Team on 0844 375 9494 Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm.

Manage my booking is our online booking amendment
and final payment service. Please log-in to Manage my booking online
or contact our Central Booking Team to assist you with your party booking.
