Gambado wins UK award for Play

 

Gambado was honoured to receive the top prize in the Play Providers Association ASPIRE awards for the best UK Multi Site Family Entertainment Centre. By signing up to the Play Providers Association Gambado ensures that the highest levels of cleanliness and health and safety are adhered to.

Iain Westwater, Managing Director said, “we are delighted to have won this award which recognises all the hard work of our staff. Having just acquired four new Gambado sites this is an exciting time for staff and customers as we strive to provide the best quality indoor play centres around the UK

Gambado Meets The Mayor!

Gambado Chelsea rewards local children with free exercise sessions and a bike!

Gambado Chelsea works closely with a number of schools, one of these being Ashburnham School in Chelsea. Gambado himself visited their assembly to reward one of their star pupils for completing the most steps in our Play For Life National Schools Challenge. A number of reception and year 2 children enjoyed a fun filled, educational sessions learning about healthy eating and exercise in disguise.

Gambado follows the succes of 2009 with final placing in "Best Multi Site Operator of the Year 2010" at the PPA awards

Gambado Ltd was delighted to be placed as a finalist in the industry's most prestigious award - "Best Multi-Site operator of the Year 2010" - at the 3rd Annual Aspire awards dinner hosted by the Play Providers Association.

The Aspire Awards are industry-specific awards recognizing excellence in the play industry. Part of the awards criteria was a mystery shop to assess the level of customer service.

The ASPIRE awards are designed to reward excellence in a number of areas associated with successful play provision. The 2010 Awards have once again this year attracted a broad cross section of nominees from the PPA membership - from large multi site chains to smaller independent operators. The awards were held during Leisure Industry Week, the UK’s leading and most influential trade show for out of home leisure businesses.

This is the third Aspire award for Gambado, having won "Best New UK Family Entertainment Centre for its Watford site in 2009 and Silver Medalist "Best UK Playcentre Brand" in 2009.
