Schools!

In particular we welcome schools to use our facility and plan activity based educational workshops. We work closely with The Play Providers Association’s campaign ‘Play for Life’ to offer exercise in disguise workshops that include fun exercise sessions coupled with healthy eating games. We offer curriculum-based sessions and have full risk assessments.

Groups

If you are looking for the prefect venue to meet your friends, end of term party, Cubs or Brownie day out…the list is endless then it really pays to book a group visit. Adults are always free on a 1 adult: 1 child ratio, areas can be reserved for you and food added on too.
We particularly welcome special needs groups who really benefit from such a stimulating environment, and of course those who wish to hire the whole venue.

Special Needs Groups

Here at Gambado we welcome young children with all types of disabilities.

We offer free entrance for every carer accompanying 1 child if disability ID is shown (DLA form for example).

We can provide you with one of our Disability Champion staff members (team members who have been specially trained to understand each individuals needs and provide parents and carers with support on site) to help organise your visits. They will be on hand to help throughout your play day. We understand everyone’s needs are different and we want to make sure you visit is as relaxed and easy as it can be!

We are able to tailor your day specifically for your needs and can offer extra equipment and space such as a ‘quiet zone area’, social story media to download and print in preparation for your visit, symbol signage on site to help the children’s understanding of each area - arts and crafts tables and equipment, musical instruments, material play box, ear defenders, and lots more

We can organise a ‘tab’ style entry payment system to allow flexibility with your booking days to help make the process as flexible as possible.  All you need to do is confirm the amount of your budget with our friendly bookings co-ordinators and agree booking dates and times 5 days prior to the booking day.  We will ensure we have everything ready to make your day as much fun as possible!

Charity Events

If you are a PTA, a children's organisation or charity then we will help you raise some money! We will offer a discounted entry, allowing you exclusive use on a pre booked evening. Gambado is happy to support your cause by providing a raffle prize. Please contact the general manager with your requirements. If you would consider distributing our discount vouchers to your parents we would love to drop them down to you.

Bookings

Minimum of 8 children per session
Adults free on a 1 adult: 1 Child ratio
1 payment must be made per group. Invoices can be sent.
Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the event
Snack box can be added at an extra £3.60 per child
A hot snack box of chicken/vegetarian nuggets or sausages and chips can be added for £3.95
